Applying for a Scholarship
For those who meet the criteria above, please follow all of the steps below and fill out the following forms.

Apply For A Scholarship
Print the forms required to be sent to PAVE and fill them out completely. Send them to the PAVE Office in Tacoma via email, fax, or snail mail. PAVE will then contact you regarding your eligibility status and the amount paid by scholarship, and your responsibility for the device.

Step 4
Confirm Device Registration
EmFinders will then send PAVE and the purchaser a verification email that the device has been registered and the time it is activated for. PAVE will send the device out to the purchasers address listed on the application.
